My name is Dave Reynolds, D.C.  I am a chiropractor in Alexandria, VA.  I was educated in Alexandria at St. Mary’s Elementary School, I went on to Bishop Ireton High School , and then later to James Madison University , after graduation I entered Life University School of Chiropractic in Marietta , GA which is a suburb of Atlanta.  Finally, I returned home and became licensed by the Virginia Board Of Medicine to practice as a Doctor of Chiropractic.

While I was at JMU I played rugby and started 4 seasons on the 'A' side of the JMU-RUGBY-FOOTBALL-CLUB.  I was a Kinesiology Major. Kinesiology is the study of human movements which covers everything from pre-professional school to PETE: physical education teacher education majors.  My concentration was in Exercise Science which prepares students to do things like own and operate health clubs or work in research labs on human performance.  Before I graduated I completed a semester long practicum at the JMU-UREC and a summer long internship with 5 chiropractors throughout Northern Virginia , including the office where I practiced for my first 5 years. 

While I was a student in chiropractic school at LIFE in Georgia, I was the president of the 'FULL SPINE CLUB'.  The Full Spine Club is a technique club that teaches younger students how to perform the art of chiropractic.  This technique club focuses on the hand skills that a chiropractor uses every day in order to perform a chiropractic adjustment.  Full spine is a diversified technique that pulls skills from many different techniques in order to offer a full spectrum of care in a chiropractic setting.  Adjusting with the diversified full spine technique allows me to offer both UPPER CERVICAL SPECIFIC technique along with FULL SPINE adjusting procedures.

I have been practicing and teaching what I do for over 7 years. I love chiropractic. And I love being able to offer something I love, to a place I love -- Alexandria, Virginia.
