Chiropractic Adjustments

Chiropractic Adjustments are the foundation of care in our office. You can have Regular, Low Force, or NO Force Adjustments. In addition, we have Therapeutic Modalities. We use hands-on Full Spine, Diversified, SOT, & CBP techniques as well as Toggle and New Life Upper Cervical to remove pressure on nerves, restore proper alignment, relieve pain, and improve mobility. All techniques can be done in a low force manner. Separately, motion only techniques with no force are available. Therapies like Ultrasound and Electric stimulation for pain relief and inflammation reduction. Mechanical traction like Cervical Pump, Hanging Traction, and Intersegmental traction to change Range of Motion and Restore Curves. We can help you achieve optimal peak performance as an athlete or give you maintenance care for aging in place as a senior.

Low-Force Adjustments

Along with Low and NO Force hands on care, we offer Instrument-Assisted adjustments and Drop table adjustments. Two Instruments are offered: Activator (Manuel) and Arthrostim (Electric). They both offer low force and high speed. Thompson drop table is a gentle table assisted hands on adjustment where the table takes the force instead of the patient. New Life Upper Cervical & Toggle Adjustments are side posture upper cervical specific techniques that can have a full body effect..

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS)

Electrical Muscle Stimulation or “Stim” is the most common second treatment protocol in a chiropractic office. It comes in multiple forms: Interferential, Russian, Premodulated, High Volt and TENS are the most ubiquitous. Russian offers muscle building and range of motion increases. While the rest offer various types of pain reduction and tissue repair. For more than a 100 yrs this form of therapy has been commonplace because it is so effective and can be so broadly applied to care.

Intersegmental Traction (Rolling Table)

Intersegmental traction or Rolling Table is an established y-axis and z-axis form of traction. It is effective at curve restoration for lumbars and cervicals while also being pleasant. Intersegmental traction helps decompress and thicken intervertebral discs while lying supine on a massage table. It is both easy to tolerate and fun to do.

Cervical Traction

Cervical Traction is offered in both Y-axis and Z-axis. A new look at an old idea is offered in a cervical-pro hanging traction delivering vertical traction with a cam. And a new version of Z-axis traction is available in a posture-pump delivering curve restoration. Both allow the patient to control the tension and gently exit the gear at any time.

Kinesiotape Application

Modern, flexible tape offering compression and support for up to 5 days—even during wet or high-movement activity.
